Return & Refund Policy - Noor-e-Zeenat Beauty & Jewels

We want you to be happy with your purchase!

1. No Return / No Exchange Policy:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we have a NO RETURN and NO EXCHANGE policy for all products including Perfumes, Face Wash, Jewellery, Anklets, Bracelets, Bags, and other accessories.

2. Only Exception - Damaged / Wrong Item:
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video proof. Without video proof, no claim will be accepted.

3. How to Claim:
WhatsApp us with your order number and unboxing video. After verification, we will exchange the item.

4. Refund:
If exchange is not possible, refund will be given as store credit or bank transfer within 5-7 working days. Delivery charges Rs.99 is non-refundable.
